QUIDAX ZERO NAIRA FEES WEEK TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. By using Quidax during the Zero Naira Fees Week (August 1st, 2023 – August 7th, 2023), you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
2. The Zero Naira Fees Week is being run by Quidax Technologies Limited (Quidax).
Eligibility to enter
3. The Zero Naira Fees Week is open to individuals over 18 years of age and who have completed sign up on the Quidax platform (i.e. email verification) and who use the Quidax platform to
conduct/carryout Naira trades.
4. The Zero Naira Fees Week shall run only in the month of August at such dates as may be communicated by Quidax.
5. The Zero Naira Fees Week is conditional on the terms listed above.
How to enter
6. All users are required to have an account on Quidax and carry out Naira trades over the Quidax platform. Data protection and publicity
7. By trading on Quidax during the Zero Naira Fees Week, you consent to any personal information you provide being used by Quidax for the purposes of administering and marketing the Zero Naira Fees
Week, and for those purposes as defined within our Privacy Policy.
8. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Quidax Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
9. Quidax does not accept any liability for any damage, death, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the Zero Naira Fees Week, save that Quidax does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
10. Quidax does not provide any form of practical or IT support for the Zero Naira Fees Week. Use of the Quidax website or app during the Zero Naira Fees Week is governed additionally by its Terms and Conditions.
