Vouchers for Swap Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. By participating in the Vouchers for Swap Campaign, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). 
2. The Vouchers for Swap Campaign is being run by Quidax Technologies Limited (Quidax).
3. All terms, provisions, and conditions — including any modification, addition, removal, alteration, reconstruction — in the Terms and Conditions of Use available on Quidax’s website are hereby incorporated into these Terms with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein.
4. The Terms and Conditions of Use and these Terms together shall be construed as one and the same. Where the Terms and Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these Terms, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Use shall prevail.

Eligibility to Enter

1. The Vouchers for Swap Campaign is open to individuals over 18 years of age and who have completed sign up on the Quidax platform (i.e. email verification) and who have used the Quidax platform to conduct/carryout fiat and cryptocurrency trades at any point since January 1st, 2024. 
2. You agree that your participation in the Vouchers for Swap Campaign is at your sole option, discretion, and you understand the risk involved in cryptocurrency trading.
3. The Vouchers for Swap Campaign shall run from September 16th, 2024 through September 21st, 2024. In entering the campaign, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
4. The Vouchers for Swap Campaign is conditional on the Terms contained herein.

1. Merchant customers and other corporate customers of Quidax are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
2. Quidax or its affiliates and staff members are not eligible to participate in the campaign.

How to Enter

1. All individual customers are required to have an account on Quidax and carry out various trades using the Instant Swap feature on the Quidax platform.
2. The minimum entry condition for the campaign is to:
   → make a minimum of ten (10) trades of at least $50 value per trade using Instant Swap on the Quidax platform (mobile or web), OR
   → make at least one (1) trade of at least $500 value using Instant Swap on the Quidax platform (mobile or web)
   → the trades must be made within the campaign duration (that is, from September 16th, 2024 through September 21st, 2024) 
3. Quidax will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate or the user fails to complete sign up and verify the account. 

The Prize

1. Customers qualify for the prize by meeting their weekly trading target in USD currency.
2. The prize for participating in the Vouchers for Swap Campaign is
   → a digital Netflix voucher (covering the Standard plan) valued at NGN 5,500 (Five Thousand, Five Hundred Naira only), OR
   → a digital Showmax voucher (covering the Premier League Mobile and Showmax Entertainment Mobile plan) valued at NGN 4,000 (Four Thousand Naira only).
3. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-tradable, and non-transferable.
4. Quidax reserves the exclusive right to determine the eventual winners of the Prize through any process it deems fair and appropriate.
5. Quidax reserves the exclusive right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
6. The decision of Quidax regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained about it.

Data Protection and Publicity

1. By trading on Quidax during the Vouchers for Swap Campaign, you consent to any personal information you provide as well as trading information being used by Quidax for the purposes of administering and marketing the Vouchers for Swap Campaign, and for those purposes as defined within our Privacy Policy.
2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participants by contacting us at [email protected].
3. The winner(s) agrees to the use/release of their full name, Quidax username, picture and other information that may be requested by Quidax. 
4. All personal information shall be processed in accordance with Quidax Privacy Policy.

Winners Announcement

1. While qualification does not guarantee eventual winning of the Prize, Quidax will use a fair process to draw the eventual winners of the Prize.
2. Customers who win any of the vouchers will be contacted with their vouchers primarily via their registered email address on Quidax from September 23rd, 2024 through September 27th, 2024.

Limitation of Liability

1. Quidax does not accept any liability for any damage, death, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in this campaign, save that Quidax does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence. 
2. Quidax does not provide any form of practical or IT support for the all  competitions. Use of the Quidax website or app during any Vouchers for Swap Campaign is governed additionally by its Terms and Conditions.
3. Quidax does not provide any form of financial support or advice for participants in this campaign. You are advised to do your own research before entering and/or while participating in this campaign.

General

1. Quidax reserves the right to cancel the campaign or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
2. The campaign and these terms and conditions will be governed by Nigerian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
