Over the past two weeks, we’ve had to take important steps regarding Bitcoin (BTC) deposits. To manage the rising gas fees on the Bitcoin network, we implemented a minimum deposit of 0.00125 BTC on the Bitcoin network.
So far, we recognize that it hasn’t been so convenient for our Quidaxians 😮💨. So, we went back into the kitchen and we cooked up a solution 👩🍳.
Introducing new BTC wallet addresses! 🎉🎉🎉
Enjoy Lower Deposit Minimums With Your New Wallet Address
This week, we pushed an update to the Quidax app that upgrades everyone’s Bitcoin wallet addresses.
With your new wallet address, you will be able to enjoy an even lower deposit minimum for Bitcoin deposits ✨. The minimum deposit for the new address will be 0.0005 BTC, and it will go live from Monday, January 15th, 2024! 🚨
Your new wallet address is now live on the Quidax app, and all you have to do to get yours is:
- Log into your Quidax app
- Head over to “Wallets” and tap “Bitcoin”
- Tap “Receive,” then choose “Bitcoin” under networks
- Tap “Generate Wallet Address”
Boom! Your new wallet address will be generated in a few seconds, and you’ll be able to use it to make any deposits! 🚀🚀🚀
We’re Processing Stuck BTC Deposits!
Hold up. There’s one more thing! 👀
We understand that several Quidaxians have had their deposits on hold as a result of the minimum deposit threshold 🙏. To help make things better, we’ll be processing these deposits immediately, so everyone can get their funds 💰.
But, there’s a catch. To be eligible for this, you’ll need to generate your new BTC wallet 😉. So, follow the steps we’ve outlined above, generate your wallet, and we’ll get to work processing your deposit 💪.
Also, please note that ONLY BTC DEPOSITS MADE ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 15TH WILL BE RELEASED 🚨. If you’d like to enjoy smoother and quicker deposits, please upgrade your wallet – it literally takes just a few minutes 😉.
