Internal Naira Transfer
We added a new feature and there’s more to come. You can now send naira between Quidax accounts using just email and Quidax usernames. This means that you can send your friends Naira to buy crypto straight from your wallet and also receive from them. Find out everything you need to know here.
Peer to Peer (P2P)
We are building out a peer to peer platform that will serve as a way for you to deposit and withdraw Naira.
How long till it’s done
We had set a launch date for Tuesday, 2nd March but we won’t be able to go live. We are sorry for letting you down?.
We are building the P2P platform from scratch and need more time to test and ensure the platform is good enough to be released.

What can I do in the meantime? ?
- Internal Transfers
You can use the internal transfer between family and friends to deposit and withdraw Naira.
We understand that the internal transfer feature may not be for you especially if you don’t have family or friends on Quidax.
So we ask that you please hold on a little longer as we are working on other options like the P2P.
- You can buy/sell with Quidax
You can buy and sell Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies on Quidax if you already have Naira. You can also deposit crypto and sell it.
- Send Crypto
You can send Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies on Quidax to another wallet or platform which you can use.

Why are crypto prices high?
Quidax does not determine the price of any cryptocurrency. The price of cryptocurrencies are determined by buyers and sellers. You can read about it here.
Why are the fees to send crypto high?
Fees to send cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Etherum and USDT are high because there are more people sending these cryptocurrencies.
Can I withdraw from my bank account?
Naira withdrawals to your bank accounts have been placed on hold due to the Central Bank of Nigeria’s (CBN) letter to banks.
Security?️
Quidax does not have any Telegram/WhatsApp groups or assigned agents to withdraw Naira. We ask that you report any suspicious groups you see.
