Trader Happy Hour Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. By participating in the Trader Happy Hour Campaign, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). 
2. The Trader Happy Hour Campaign is being run by Quidax Technologies Limited (Quidax).
3. All terms, provisions, and conditions — including any modification, addition, removal, alteration, reconstruction — in the Terms and Conditions of Use available on Quidax’s website are hereby incorporated into these Terms with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein.
4.  The Terms and Conditions of Use and these Terms together shall be construed as one and the same. Where the Terms and Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these Terms, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Use shall prevail.

Eligibility to Enter

1. The Trader Happy Hour Campaign is open to individuals over 18 years of age and who have completed sign up on the Quidax platform (i.e. email verification) and who have used the Quidax platform to conduct/carryout fiat and cryptocurrency trades at any point since January 1st, 2024. 
2. You agree that your participation in the Trader Happy Hour Campaign is at your sole option, discretion, and you understand the risk involved in cryptocurrency trading.
3. The Trader Happy Hour Campaign shall run from 4:00 PM (WAT) to 6:00 PM (WAT) (the “Happy Hour”) on the following days – October 3rd, 2024, October 8th, 2024, October 10th, 2024, October 15th, 2024, October 17th, 2024, October 22nd, 2024, October 24th, 2024, October 29th 2024, and October 31st, 2024. In entering the challenge, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
4. The Trader Happy Hour Campaign is conditional on the Terms contained herein.
5. Merchant customers and other corporate customers of Quidax are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
6. Quidax or its affiliates and staff members are not eligible to participate in the campaign.

How to Enter

1. All individual customers are required to have an account on Quidax and trade the BTC/NGN asset pair using the Instant Swap feature during the Happy Hour on the Quidax platform – web or mobile.
2. The entry condition for the campaign is to trade the BTC/NGN asset pair using the Instant Swap feature during the Happy Hour of the campaign days on the Quidax platform.
3. Quidax will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate or the user fails to complete sign up and verify the account. 

The Prize

1. Customers qualify for the prize by trading the BTC/NGN asset pair using the Instant Swap feature during the Happy Hour of the campaign days on the Quidax platform – web or mobile.
2. The prize for participating in all Trader Happy Hour Campaign will be an automated 10% discount on the transaction fee for each trade executed during the Happy Hour. 
3. Participating customers will see the 10% discount on the transaction fee each time a price quote is shown in-app before the trade is confirmed.
4. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-tradable, and non-transferable.
5. Quidax reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
6. The decision of Quidax regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained about it.

Data Protection and Publicity

1. By trading on Quidax during any Trader Happy Hour Campaign, you consent to any personal information you provide as well as trading information being used by Quidax for the purposes of administering and marketing the Trader Happy Hour Campaign, and for those purposes as defined within our Privacy Policy.
2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participants by contacting us at [email protected].
3. The winner(s) agrees to the use/release of their full name, Quidax username, picture and other information that may be requested by Quidax. 
4. All personal information shall be processed in accordance with Quidax Privacy Policy.

Winner Announcement

1. Customers who trade the BTC/NGN asset pair on Instant Swap during the Trader Happy Hour Campaign period will have the 10% discount automatically applied to such trades.
2. No other prize is applicable to this campaign.

Limitation of Liability

1. Quidax does not accept any liability for any damage, death, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in this campaign, save that Quidax does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence. 
2. Quidax does not provide any form of practical or IT support for the all  competitions. Use of the Quidax website or app during any Trader Happy Hour Campaign is governed additionally by its Terms and Conditions.
3. Quidax does not provide any form of financial support or advice for participants in this campaign. You are advised to do your own research before entering and/or while participating in this campaign.

General

1. Quidax reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
2. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Nigerian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
