QUIDAX TON TRADE MASTER CHALLENGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By entering the TON Trade Master Challenge, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
2. The TON Trade Master Challenge is being run by Quidax Technologies Limited (Quidax).
3. All terms, provisions, and conditions—including any modification, addition, removal, alteration, reconstruction— in the Terms and Conditions of Use available on Quidax’s website are hereby incorporated into this Terms with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein.
4. The Terms and Conditions of Use and this Terms together shall be construed as one and the same. Where the Terms and Conditions of Use are inconsistent with this Terms, the terms of the Terms and Conditions of Use shall prevail.
   

   Eligibility to enter

5. The TON Trade Master Challenge is open to individuals over 18 years of age and who are standard users on the Quidax Platform only. Platinum users are ineligible to participate in this challenge
6. The TON Trade MasterChallenge shall run for one week only in the month of November on such dates as may be communicated by Quidax. In entering the challenge, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
7. A maximum of one account per individual is permitted. You will not be eligible to enter the challenge with other accounts you maintain on Quidax.
8. Participating in the challenge is conditional on you carrying out trades on your TON wallet with Quidax.How to enter
9. To enter the challenge, you must trade up to $200 TON coin within the challenge duration.
10. Quidax will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate or the user fails to carry out trades.
    

    The prize

11. The prize pool will be $500 in TON with each winner being awarded $50 in TON.
12. The winners will be ten (10) in total and will be selected by a raffle system.
13. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
14. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
15. The decision of Quidax regarding any aspect of the prizes is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained about it.
    

    Winner announcement

16. The winners will be notified at the end of the challenge via Quidax social media handles, emails, or other notifications.
17. Quidax will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
18. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 24 to 48 hrs of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Quidax reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
19. Individuals who win from the prize pool may be required to share their profile achievement pages.
    

    Receipt of the prize

20. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data protection and publicity 

1. By entering the draw, you consent to any personal information you provide in entering and redeeming the prizes being used by Quidax for the purposes of administering and marketing the challenge, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at [email protected]
3. The winner(s) agrees to the use/release of their full name, Quidax Username, picture and other information that may be requested by Quidax.
4. An announcement of the winners will be made via Quidax social media handles.
5. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Quidax Privacy Notice.
   

   Limitation of Liability

6. Quidax does not accept any liability for any damage, death, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the challenge or being selected for a prize, save that Quidax does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
7. Quidax does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.
   

   General

8. Quidax reserves the right to cancel the challenge or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
9. The challenge and these terms and conditions will be governed by Nigerian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
