The Quidax Merchant API

We know how difficult it is to build an exchange. We should know, we launched our beta version in August 2018. The journey to going live on that day is the stuff of legends; thanks mostly to the great team of devs we have at Quidax.

We also know how building from scratch is, so while we support anyone that chooses to go that way we have created a shortcut that has the potential of cutting the experience in half or less. You could call it a cheat code, we call it the Quidax Merchant API.

It is not that type of a cheat code that would make you accept an offer like this ☝?, but it is definitely a hack. Maybe in a couple of version upgrades, but even then we won’t advise you to take the offer. The merchant API allows you to tap into the Quidax exchange to build anything cryptocurrency related! Even, another exchange if you find that interesting.

You might ask what’s our angle to this? We see it as our contribution to driving cryptocurrency adoption and empowering you with the potential to build the financial system of the future. We believe in building bridges rather than creating moats.

Here is a list of features that the Quidax Merchant API gives you access to

1. Create and manage (delete, edit) users on Quidax that would be tethered to your account, meaning transactions on those user accounts can only be made by you.
