Let’s just say he’s still “crypto-curious.” In this exclusive interview, they show off some twin telepathy, sibling banter, and a healthy dose of laughs as Seyi tries one last time to convince Seye to join the crypto family.
So, Seyi and Seye, what do your friends call you?
Seyi and Seye: (in unison) Double Shay. (They both chuckle)
Okay, Double Shay, what’s it like being identical twins? Do you two have some kind of twin telepathy going on?
Seyi: Oh, absolutely. We finish each other’s—
Seye: —sentences! (They laugh, looking at each other) It’s like having a real life mirror, but with bad mouth.
Seyi: Yeah, your bad mouth!! (Stretches to pinch Seye’s mouth)
Interesting! You guys must share a lot in common too
Seyi: Yes, we do. I mean, we’ve got the same face, same taste in food, even the same mindset…(pause), abi, almost.
Seye: Yeah, we might look like clones, but let’s just say there’s one thing we can’t seem to agree on
Oh really? What could that be?
Seyi: Our spec in women. He likes them dark skinned and…
Seye: (cuts in) Jeez!! Olodo ( faces the interviewer) Don’t mind him too. It’s crypto! We can’t seem to agree on that!
Unbelievable! So, who is all for crypto, and who is not?
Seyi: ( pointing at Seye) Him! Not even hesitant. More like crypto-resistant. I’ve been on Quidax for over a year, trading, learning the market and building my portfolio with different coins. But Seye here? A BIG sceptic.
Seye: Sceptic? (laughs) More like, careful. See, it’s not that I’m against it. I just don’t need a daily dose of “Crypto 101 with Professor Seyi.”
Seyi: (grins) Bro, you should count yourself lucky to have me as your personal tutor! I even got him a birthday gift with crypto last month o. A watch he hasn’t taken off since, by the way.
Seye: (smirking) True, but that’s because I love the watch, not because I’m suddenly Team Bitcoin. (to interviewer) Trust me, I’ve heard more about crypto from him than I ever signed up for. And it’s still a NO from me.
So, Seye, what would it take to get you interested?
Seye: Hmm… probably hearing it from someone who isn’t my persistent twin brother. Once he believes in something, he always wants to force it down my throat!!
Seyi: (laughing) Persistent? Abi patient! You’d think by now he’d try Quidax just to give himself a break from my “crypto speeches.”
Seye: (chuckling) Boring crypto speeches, by the way!!

Seye: On my own? Where? It’s not like there’s any school I can enroll in to study crypto now. And I don’t trust all those crypto traders always forming group chats. If you are making so much money from crypto, why are you still telling me to pay for your classes again? Taarh! Can’t trust them o
Seyi: (rolling eyes) Excuses! I’ve never asked you to pay to learn but have you ever listened?
Seye: ( whispering) You don’t count (chuckles loudly)
