1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The #ShowMeYourQuidax photo prize draw is being run by Quidax Technologies Limited (Quidax).
Eligibility to enter
3. The prize draw is open to individuals over 18 years of age and who have completed sign up on the Quidax platform (KYC verified). Quidax staff members and business entities are excluded from the draw. Also, you must either be based in Nigeria or have a Nigerian delivery address to receive the jersey.
4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
5. You are eligible to win only one jersey.
6. The prize draw is conditional on the terms in this terms and conditions.

8. Take a picture featuring/tagging any page of the Quidax app or website and share it on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter
9. Use #ShowmeyourQuidax and drop your Qusername
10. Quidax will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate or the user fails to complete sign up and verify the account.
The prize
11. You are eligible to win one (1) out of ten (10) exclusive Quidax Jerseys.
12. Quidax’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
13. The winner will be drawn based on level of engagement (likes and retweets) . Once we select the 10 winners, all other participants are automatically ineligible to claim any right to the prizes
14. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
15. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
16. The decision of Quidax regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained about it.
Winner announcement
17. The winners will be notified on [July 15th, 2023 and July 31st 2023] via Quidax social media handles.
18. Quidax will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
19. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 24 to 48 hrs of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Quidax reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
20. Individuals who win any jersey will be required to send in their pictures before they can redeem the prize.
Receipt of the prize
21. Please allow 21 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.
Data protection and publicity
22. By entering the draw, you agree and consent to the use and/or processing by Quidax of any personal information you provide in entering and/or redeeming the prize draw for the purposes of administering the prize draw, marketing and advertising the Quidax brand and for other purposes as permissible by our privacy policy.

24. The winner(s) agrees to the use/release of their full name, picture and other information that may be requested by Quidax to any other prize draw participants.
25. An announcement of the winners will be made via Quidax social media handles.
26. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Quidax Privacy Notice.
Limitation of Liability
27. Quidax does not accept any liability for any damage, death, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Quidax does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
28. Quidax does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.
General
29. Quidax reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
30. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Nigerian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
