ACCEPTABLE USE OF COMPANY-TO-MANY COMMUNICATION
The Aim of Quidax Telegram Group/s:
To educate and share information relating to cryptocurrencies and cryptocurrency investments.
As you are now a part of the Group/s, please note that you will be required to observe the following rules and not abuse the Group by sending banter or other irrelevant content.
- Our Terms and Policies for Telegram Services (Telegram provides messaging, Internet calling, and other services to users who have installed the app in their devices. Please read Telegram’s Terms of Service so you understand what’s up with your use of the app.) – You agree to our Terms of using Telegram as our medium of communication by accepting to be part of Quidax Technologies Ltd. (Quidax) Telegram group. You must use this communication tool according to our Terms and posted policies.
- Legal and Acceptable Use. You must access and use our communications only for legal, authorized, and acceptable purposes. You will not use (or assist others in using) our communications and data in ways that: (a) violate, misappropriate, or infringe the rights of Quidax stipulated in our Terms of Use, our users, or others, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights; (b) are illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, intimidating, harassing, hateful, racially, or ethnically offensive, or instigate or encourage conduct that would be illegal, or otherwise inappropriate, including promoting violent crimes; (c) involve publishing falsehoods, misrepresentations, or misleading statements; (d) impersonate someone; (e) involve sending illegal or impermissible communications such as bulk messaging, auto-messaging, auto-dialing, and the like; or (f) involve any non-personal use of our communications and data unless otherwise authorized by us.
- By accepting and becoming a member of Quidax Telegram Group/s, you acknowledge and agree to the following Group rules, Group policy and disclaimer. You also agree that the Admin team has the right to restrict admission, remove, or ban you to any of the groups without any notification.
- Harm to Quidax or Our Group Members. You must not (or assist others to) access, use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, sublicense, transfer, display, perform, or otherwise exploit our communications and data in impermissible or unauthorized manners, or in ways that burden, impair, or harm our business operations, our communications, any kind of content shared in Telegram Group/s, our users, or others, including that you must not directly or through automated means: (a) send to third parties, store information and data for longer than 30 days from the day of the communication was received; (b) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our communications and objectives; (c) collect the information of or about our Group members in any impermissible or unauthorized manner; (d) distribute or make available to third parties the communications and data shared within Quidax Telegram Group/s; (e) post malicious contents containing viruses, links to unknown sources such as websites and servers, programmes that can format or corrupt our members devices. No chain messaging that contains hyperlinks.
- Keeping Your Device Secure. You are responsible for keeping your device and your Telegram account safe and secure, and you must delete the content of our Telegram groups once a week.
- Quidax’s Data. Quidax’s data is protected by copyrights. The use of Quidax’s data for any purpose is prohibited and must not be copied, resupplied or otherwise published. You must not make unsolicited contact, threaten or abuse other members of the group/s this may result in removal from the group without warning.
- Quidax will never request for your password, 2FA code or private keys
- In the event that you share your personal information with any 3rd party which leads to the 3rd party accessing your account and removing your funds, Quidax will not be held liable.
- As a member of Quidax’s Telegram Group/s for Quidax, you voluntarily participate in networking and discussions, and you completely understand that Quidax is not responsible for any damage or injury that happens by any communication, participation or sharing any information. Although Quidax will be providing news, information and education as regards cryptocurrencies through the Group/s, Quidax is not in any way providing financial advice and all information are for information purposes only. Quidax will therefore not be held liable for any loss of damage from reliance on the information contained in our Telegram group or any communication channels including market news, analysis and trading signals.
- You will bear responsibility for your Financial and Investment Decisions. By using our services, you’re agreeing that you bear responsibility for your own trading research and trading decisions. You also agree that Quidax, its directors, its employees, and agents will not be liable for any trading decision made or action taken by you and others based on news,information, opinion, or any other material published through our services.
- Quidax, its directors,its employees, and agents will not be liable for any loss you make to scammers.
- Quidax will not and cannot make trades on your behalf. You are the only one to decide whether or not trading is right for you and you agree to be liable for any trades you initiate.
- Quidax, its directors, its employees, and agents will not be held responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or any other type of damages resulting from your use, purchase, or downloading of any material on our Telegram Groups.
