1. Quidax offers existing users (“Referrer(s)” or “You”) the opportunity to participate in the Quidax Referral Program (the “Program”). By entering the Program, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
2. The Program is being run by Quidax Technologies Limited (Quidax).
3. All terms, provisions, and conditions—including any modification, addition, removal, alteration, reconstruction— in the Terms and Conditions of Use available on Quidax’s website are hereby incorporated into these Terms with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein.
4. The Terms and Conditions of Use and these Terms together shall be construed as one and the same. Where the Terms and Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these Terms, the terms of the Terms and Conditions of Use shall prevail.
Eligibility to enter
5. The Program is open to individuals over 18 years of age and who have completed sign up on the Quidax platform (i.e. email verification) and who refer the Quidax platform to new unique users.
6. Any user who signs up to enter the Program using multiple accounts is not entitled to the Referral Bonus. We reserve the right to disqualify any Referrers from participation in the Program at any time at our sole discretion, including without limitation if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms or otherwise fails to comply with any applicable laws.
7. Referrers cannot refer themselves. For example, a Referrer may not create multiple or fake accounts on the Quidax Platform or participate in the Program using multiple or fake email addresses or identities.
How to enter
8. To participate in the Program, Referrers are required to provide their unique referral codes to family, friends, colleagues or acquaintances (“Referred”) who sign up to use the Quidax Platform. To reiterate, for a Referrer to be entitled to the Referral Bonus, the Referred must use the Referrer’s referral code as at when signing up.
9. The Referrer is entitled to the Referral Bonus once the Referred completes trades on the Quidax platform.
The Referral Bonus
10. A Referrer is entitled to 25% of trading fees Quidax earns from the Referred for one year.
11. The Referral Bonus will be paid to the Referrer’s wallet address immediately.
12. We reserve the right to substitute Referral Bonus with another prize of equal value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
13. The Referral Bonus may be subject to verification. Quidax may delay the payment of a Referral Bonus for the purposes of investigation. Quidax may also refuse to verify and process any transaction Quidax deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms, or believes will impose potential liability on Quidax, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents.
14. The decision of Quidax regarding any aspect of the Referral Bonus is final and binding, including decisions as to whether a Qualified Referral, or Referral Bonus is verified and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained about it.
Data protection and publicity
15. By entering the Program, you consent to any personal information you provide being used by Quidax for the purposes of administering and marketing the Program, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

17. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Quidax Privacy Notice.
Limitation of Liability
18. Quidax does not accept any liability for any damage, death, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the Program or being selected for a Referral Bonus, save that Quidax does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
19. You agree to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless Quidax, its parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, together with their respective employees, directors, officers, licensees, licensors, shareholders, attorneys and agents including, without limitation, their respective advertising and promotion entities and any person or entity associated with the production, operation or administration of the Program (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses caused by, arising out of, in connection with, or related to your participation in the Program (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s) and/or the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of the Program or any Referral Bonus);
20. Quidax does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this Program.
General
21. Quidax reserves the right to cancel the Program or amend these Terms at any time, without prior notice.
22. The Program and these terms and conditions will be governed by Nigerian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
