Yup, that’s right. We’re giving everyone zero Naira fees on deposits and withdrawals for an entire week. This covers Qdirect, Pocket, and Vouchers, so it doesn’t matter how you’re transacting. Simply open your app and enjoy!

How to Deposit and Withdraw Using Qdirect

1. Sign into your Quidax app and click on “Wallets,” >> “NGN” >> “Deposit” or Withdraw”
2. Under options select “Qdirect.” 
3. Enter the amount and click and continue” 
4. Add or select your bank account 

Deposit Instructions

• For deposits, you’ll see the bank details to pay into. Copy the transaction reference and add it when transferring the money. 
• Pay and click on “I have paid.”
• Wait for the deposit to be confirmed, and your wallet will automatically be credited!  

Withdrawal Instructions

• Make sure that the bank account you’re withdrawing funds to has your name on it
• Copy the authentication code shown on your Authy or Google Authenticator app for Quidax and click on “Continue” 
• Boom! Your account will be credited in a few minutes.

How to Deposit and Withdraw Using Pocket on Quidax

1. Open your Quidax app and click on deposit 
2. Under deposit or withdrawal options, choose Pocket and add or select your Pocket ID
3. Enter the amount and follow prompts to complete the transaction

How to Deposit Using Vouchers on Quidax

1. Open your Quidax app and click on deposit 
2. Under deposit options, choose vouchers and enter how much you’d like to deposit
3. Click on Generate new voucher, then Copy the transaction reference generated
4. Enter the amount you want to deposit and complete the payment
