QUIDAX BITCOIN 15th ANNIVERSARY RAFFLE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By trading in Bitcoin on Quidax during the Bitcoin 15th anniversary draw, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
The Bitcoin 15th anniversary draw is being run by Quidax Technologies Limited (Quidax).
All terms, provisions, and conditions—including any modification, addition, removal, alteration, reconstruction— in the Terms and Conditions of Use available on Quidax’s website are hereby incorporated into these Terms with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein.
The Terms and Conditions of Use and these Terms together shall be construed as one and the same. Where the Terms and Conditions of Use are inconsistent with this Terms, the terms of the Terms and Conditions of Use shall prevail

The Bitcoin 15th Anniversary Draw is open to individuals over 18 years of age and who have completed sign up on the Quidax platform (i.e. email verification) and who use the Quidax platform to conduct/carryout fiat and cryptocurrency trades.
The Bitcoin 15th Anniversary Draw shall run only between November 2nd, 2023 – November 9th, 2023. In entering the challenge, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
The Bitcoin 15th Anniversary Draw is conditional on the Terms contained herein.
Quidax or its affiliates staff members are not eligible to participate in the draws.

All users are required to have an account on Quidax and carry out Bitcoin trades over the Quidax platform.
Quidax will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate or the user fails to complete sign up and verify the account.
The minimum ticket entry condition is to trade at least $1 worth of Bitcoin

You are eligible to win prizes in the Daily Draw if you trade at least $1’s worth of Bitcoin. Every $1 trade in Bitcoin qualifies as a ticket to participate in the Daily Draw.
Customers should trade in higher Bitcoin volumes to stand a better chance.
All users can acquire a maximum of 1,000 tickets in each Daily Draw.
A winner in the Daily Draw is automatically disqualified from subsequent Daily Draws
Winners are selected at random.

All users must trade at least $100 worth of Bitcoin weekly during the Bitcoin 15th anniversary draw to be eligible to win the prize in the Final Draw.
Customers should trade in higher Bitcoin volumes to stand a better chance.
The winner will be selected at random.

The prize for participating in the Daily Draws is N50,000 Naira each for 5 people daily.
The price for participating in the Final Draw is an iPhone 15.
The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
The decision of Quidax regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained about it.

By trading on Quidax during the Bitcoin 15th Anniversary Draw, you consent to any personal information you provide being used by Quidax for the purposes of administering and marketing the Bitcoin 15th Anniversary Draw, and for those purposes as defined within our Privacy Policy.

The winner(s) agrees to the use/release of their full name, Quidax Username, picture and other information that may be requested by Quidax.
An announcement of the winners will be made via Quidax social media handles.
All personal information shall be processed in accordance with Quidax Privacy Notice.

The winners will be notified via Quidax social media handles, emails, or other notifications.

If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 24 to 48 hrs of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Quidax reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Individuals who win from the prize pool may be required to share their profile achievement pages.

Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Quidax does not accept any liability for any damage, death, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the Bitcoin 15th Anniversary Draw, save that Quidax does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
Quidax does not provide any form of practical or IT support for the Bitcoin 15th Anniversary Draw. Use of the Quidax website or app during the Bitcoin 15th Anniversary Draw is governed additionally by its Terms and Conditions.

Quidax reserves the right to cancel the challenge or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
The challenge and these terms and conditions will be governed by Nigerian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
