1.By participating in the Quidax 6th Anniversary Challenge, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
2. The Quidax 6th Anniversary Challenge is being run by Quidax Technologies Limited (Quidax).
3. All terms, provisions, and conditions — including any modification, addition, removal, alteration, or reconstruction — in the Terms and Conditions of Use available on Quidax’s website are at this moment incorporated into these Terms with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein.
4. The Terms and Conditions of Use and these Terms together shall be construed as one and the same. Where the Terms and Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these Terms, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Use shall prevail.
Eligibility
5. This competition is open to all Quidax followers on Instagram, Facebook, and X.
6. The 6th Anniversary Competition is open to individuals over 18 years of age who have completed sign-up on the Quidax platform (i.e. email verification) and who use the Quidax platform to conduct/carry out fiat and cryptocurrency trades
7. The 6th Anniversary Competition shall run from Tuesday, August 6th, 2024, to Sunday, August 11th, 2024, across Quidax’s Instagram, Facebook, and X platforms.
8. In entering the challenge, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
9. All Quidax At 6 Anniversary Challenge are conditional on the Terms contained herein.
10. Quidax or its affiliate’s staff members are not eligible to participate in the competition.
How to Enter
11. Each day, a question will be posted on Quidax’s social media channels.
12. Participants must respond to the question by commenting on the post and tagging two friends in the comment section.
13. Instagram participants must share the post to their stories and tag @Quidaxglobal
14. Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must meet all participation criteria.
15. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM WAT each day to be considered for that day’s reward.
The Prize
16. The prize for participating in the Quidax At 6 Anniversary Challenge will be a tote bag containing Quidax-branded items.
17. Winners will be announced on the respective social media platforms the following day.
18. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
19. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
20. The decision of Quidax regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained about it.
Winner Selection
21. The prize for participating in the Quidax At 6 Anniversary Challenge will be a tote bag containing Quidax-branded items.
22. Winners will be announced on the respective social media platforms the following day.
23. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
24. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
25. The decision of Quidax regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained about it.
Notification of Winners
26. Winners will be contacted via email
27. Winners must respond to the notification within 48 hours to claim their prize.
28. Quidax will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times
29. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 24 to 48 hrs of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Quidax reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Prize Delivery
30. Winners will be required to provide contact information for prize delivery.
31. Prizes will be delivered to winners within Nigeria.
32. Quidax is not responsible for any lost or undelivered prizes due to incorrect contact information provided by the winner.
Data Protection and Publicity
33. Any personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this campaign and will be processed in accordance with Quidax’s Privacy Policy.
34. By entering the campaign, participants consent to the processing of their personal data as described above.
35. The winner(s) agrees to the use/release of their social media handles, Quidax Username, picture or other information that may be requested by Quidax.
36. An announcement of the winners will be made via Quidax social media handles.
Limitation of Liability
37. Quidax does not accept any liability for any damage, death, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of either participating in the Quidax At 6 Competition, save that Quidax does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
General
38. By participating in this anniversary challenge, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
39. Quidax reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the campaign in the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
40. Quidax reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these terms.
41. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
42. Quidax reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
43. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Nigerian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
