Yuga Labs – the company that created the popular Bored Apes Yacht Club NFTs – has been in the news lately. They bought the entire CryptoPunks NFT collection two weeks ago ?, and last week, they raised some big bucks.
Last week, Yuga Labs confirmed that they had raised $450 million from investors ?. The capital raise brings the company’s valuation to $4.5 billion. Not bad, since one Bored Ape now costs over $200k.
German (Crypto) Machines ??
What do you think of when you hear “Germany?” Cars? Bayern Munich? Well, you might want to start adding crypto to that list because these guys aren’t playing around ?.
Last week, a report from kuCoin showed that 37% of Germans have already been trading crypto for over a year. The report also added that up to half of all Germans could become crypto investors within the next 5 years ?. Yay for adoption, people!
