As a bonafide Quidaxian, you already know we are constantly on a grind to make crypto trading simple for you. But we just don’t keep it simple, we also keep introducing new features to improve your trading experience.
Here are a couple of cool, new features recently launched on the Quidax app and website.
1. Profit and Loss (PnL)
Understanding profits and losses while trading is one of the characteristics of successful crypto traders. With this data, you can gauge if your trading strategy is working or there’s a need to tweak things a bit. It can even let you know if it’s time to take a break from the market.
In other words, you can only take profits when you have an idea of the extra amount you’ve made over a trading period. That’s why we’ve launched the profit and loss (PnL) feature for assets and portfolios on Quidax.
With these new features on Quidax, you don’t need pen and paper to calculate or track your financial health. Instead, you can check your portfolio performance directly from your wallet screen on Quidax.

Another cool thing is that you can view your profit and loss during specific periods, including 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days.
2. Filled Limit Orders Alert
When trading on the Quidax order book, you can set limit orders in line with your trading strategy, market research, and risk appetite.
As you already know, a limit order lets you determine the maximum price you are willing to buy or sell a particular coin. Once a trader is willing to meet your limit buy or sell price, the order is filled.
Here’s where the filled limit orders alert feature comes in. With this tool, you can get instant notifications when your limit orders are filled. Every notification contains important information like the order ID, the coin traded, and the quantity filled.
That way, you get all the details you need without having to launch the Quidax app or website, creating a more seamless trading experience.
3. Order History View (Web)
A new order history view feature is also now available on the Quidax order book (web). As the name suggests, the feature shows all of your orders on the order book. These include cancelled and fulfilled orders, with details like:
- Transaction date
- Order type
- Order side
- Order price
- Order quantity
- Order status
With all of these details, you can experience transparent transactions and an improved user experience. But it’s important to note that this feature is limited to the Quidax web only as of the time of writing this post.
4. Live Chat
Talking to us has never been a problem. But now, you can take it a notch higher with the new live chat feature.
Whether you have questions or experience an unusual issue while trading or performing other activities, we are now instantly available via live chat. All you have to do is shoot us a message, and we will be there waiting.

Here’s a quick guide on how to use the live chat feature on the Quidax app.
5. Favourites Market
Whether you love to trade a particular crypto pair or want to track certain coins in the market, you can now use the “favourites market” feature to highlight the pairs to add to your watchlist.
The feature is pretty straightforward to use on the Quidax app using the steps below:
