1. By participating in the More Reasons Trading Competition, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
2. The More Reasons Trading Competition is being run by Quidax Technologies Limited (Quidax).
3. All terms, provisions, and conditions — including any modification, addition, removal, alteration, reconstruction — in the Terms and Conditions of Use available on Quidax’s website are hereby incorporated into these Terms with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein.
4. The Terms and Conditions of Use and these Terms together shall be construed as one and the same. Where the Terms and Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these Terms, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Use shall prevail.
Eligibility to Enter
5. The More Reasons Trading Competition is open to individuals over 18 years of age and who have completed sign up on the Quidax platform (i.e. email verification) and who have either before now not used the Quidax platform to conduct/carryout fiat and cryptocurrency trades or just signed up on the Quidax platform in the month of June 2024.
6. You agree that your participation in the More Reasons Trading Competition is at your sole option, discretion, and you understand the risk involved in cryptocurrency trading.
7. The More Reasons Trading Competition shall run only between June 15th, 2024 – June 30th, 2024. In entering the challenge, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
8. The More Reasons Trading Competition is conditional on the Terms contained herein.
9. Quidax or its affiliates staff members are not eligible to participate in the competition.
How to Enter
10. All users are required to have an account on Quidax and carry out various trades over the Quidax platform.
11. Quidax will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate or the user fails to complete sign up and verify the account.
12. The minimum competition entry condition is to trade at least $200 worth of crypto.
The Prize
13. The hero prize for participating in the More Reasons Trading Competition is an iPhone and cash prize for the winner (someone who trades with at least $200,000) during the competition, as well as other rewards communicated on our verified communications platforms.
14. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
15. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
16. The decision of Quidax regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained about it.
Data Protection and Publicity
17. By trading on Quidax during the More Reasons Trading Competition, you consent to any personal information you provide being used by Quidax for the purposes of administering and marketing the More Reasons Trading Competition, and for those purposes as defined within our Privacy Policy.
18. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participants by contacting us at [email protected].
19. The winner(s) agrees to the use/release of their full name, Quidax Username, picture and other information that may be requested by Quidax.
20. An announcement of the winners will be made via Quidax social media handles.
21. All personal information shall be processed in accordance with Quidax Privacy Policy.
Winner Announcement
22. The winners will be notified via Quidax social media handles, emails, or other notifications.
23. Quidax will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
24. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 24 to 48 hrs of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Quidax reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
25. Individuals who win from the prize pool may be required to share their profile achievement pages.
Limitation of Liability
26. Quidax does not accept any liability for any damage, death, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the More Reasons Trading Competition, save that Quidax does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
27. Quidax does not provide any form of practical or IT support for the More Reasons Trading Competition. Use of the Quidax website or app during the More Reasons Trading Competition is governed additionally by its Terms and Conditions.
General
28. Quidax reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
29. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
