Double-Double Campaign (DDC) Terms and Conditions

1. By participating in the Double-Double Campaign, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). 
2. The Double-Double Campaign is being run by Quidax Technologies Limited (Quidax).
3. All terms, provisions, and conditions — including any modification, addition, removal, alteration, reconstruction — in the Terms and Conditions of Use available on Quidax’s website are hereby incorporated into these Terms similarly with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein.
4.  The Terms and Conditions of Use and these Terms together shall be construed as one and the same. Where the Terms and Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these Terms, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Use shall prevail.

Eligibility to Enter

1. The Double-Double Campaign is open to individuals over 18 years of age and who have completed sign up on the Quidax platform (i.e. email verification) and who have used the Quidax platform to conduct/carryout fiat and cryptocurrency trades at any point since January 1st, 2024. 
2. You agree that your participation in the Double-Double Campaign is at your sole option, discretion, and you understand the risk involved in cryptocurrency trading.
3. The Double-Double Campaign shall run from August 1st, 2024 through August 31st, 2024. By entering the challenge, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
4. All Double-Double Campaigns are conditional on the Terms contained herein.
5. Quidax or its affiliates staff members are not eligible to participate in the competition.

How to Enter

1. Quidax requires all users to have an account and carry out various trades on its platform.
2. Quidax will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate or the user fails to complete sign up and verify the account.
3. The minimum entry condition for the campaign is to meet your weekly trading targets, as determined by the Quidax app throughout the campaign duration. 

The Prize

1. Customers qualify for the prize by meeting their weekly trading target in USD currency.
2. The prize for participating in all Double-Double Campaign will be a cashback of 20% of your trading fees for trades successfully executed towards meeting the weekly trading target. 
3. We will pay the cashback only in USDT, and we will prompt customers who earn cashback to collect it in the Quidax app.
4. We will deposit only the cashback that customers collect into their USDT wallets.
5. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
6. Quidax reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
7. Quidax will make the final and binding decision regarding any aspect of the competition, and we will not enter into or entertain any correspondence about it.

Data Protection and Publicity

1. When you trade on Quidax during any Double-Double Campaign, you consent to Quidax using your personal information and trading information for administering and marketing the Double-Double Campaign, as well as for the purposes defined in our Privacy Policy.
2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participants by contacting us at [email protected].
3. Quidax may use or release the winner(s)’ full name, username, picture, and other requested information.
4. Quidax will process all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Winner Announcement

1. The system will automatically deposit all earned and collected cashback into the customer’s USDT wallet.
2. We will notify customers who meet their weekly target and earn cashback primarily via email, and they will need to collect the cashback before we deposit it into their USDT wallet.

Limitation of Liability

1. Quidax does not accept any liability for any damage, death, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in this campaign, save that Quidax does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence. 
2. Quidax does not provide any form of practical or IT support for the all  competitions. Quidax additionally governs the use of its website or app during any Double-Double Campaign by its Terms and Conditions.
3. Quidax does not provide any form of financial support or advice for participants in this campaign. Therefore, we advise you to do your own research before entering and/or while participating in this campaign.

General

1. Quidax reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
2. Nigerian law will govern the competition and these terms and conditions, and the courts of Nigeria will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
