1. By participating in the Do Crypto With Quidax Campaign, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).
2. The Do Crypto With Quidax Campaign is being run by Quidax Technologies Limited (Quidax).
3. All terms, provisions, and conditions — including any modification, addition, removal, alteration, reconstruction — in the Terms and Conditions of Use available on Quidax’s website are hereby incorporated into these Terms with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein.
4. The Terms and Conditions of Use and these Terms together shall be construed as one and the same. Where the Terms and Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these Terms, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Use shall prevail.
Eligibility to Enter
5. The Do Crypto With Quidax Campaign is open to only new users over 18 years of age and who have completed sign up on the Quidax platform (i.e. email verification) completed KYC and made the first trade.
6. You agree that your participation in the Do Crypto With Quidax Campaign is at your sole option, discretion, and you understand the risk involved in cryptocurrency trading.
7. The Do Crypto With Quidax Campaign shall run shall run from March to May 2024. In entering the challenge, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

9. Quidax or its affiliates staff members are not eligible to participate in the competition.

11. Quidax will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate or the user fails to complete sign up and verify the account.
12. The minimum competition entry conditions are to download the Quidax app, sign up, undergo KYC verification and make the first trade.
The Prize
13. The prize for participating in the Do Crypto With Quidax Campaign is up to 60,000 USD worth of QDX coins for new account
users who use the campaign promo code.
14. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
15. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
16. The decision of Quidax regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained about it.

Limitation of Liability

Quidax does not accept any liability for any damage, death, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the Do Crypto With Quidax Campaign, save that Quidax does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
27. Quidax does not provide any form of practical or IT support for the Do Crypto With Quidax Campaign. Use of the Quidax website or app during the Do Crypto With Quidax Campaign is governed additionally by its Terms and Conditions.
General
28. Quidax reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
29. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Nigerian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
