12 Days of Quidax Christmas Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. By participating in the 12 Days of Quidax Christmas (12DQC) Campaign, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). 
2. The 12DQC Campaign is being run by Quidax Technologies Limited (Quidax).
3. All terms, provisions, and conditions — including any modification, addition, removal, alteration, reconstruction — in the Terms and Conditions of Use available on Quidax’s website are hereby incorporated into these Terms with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein.
4. The Terms and Conditions of Use and these Terms together shall be construed as one and the same. Where the Terms and Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these Terms, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Use shall prevail.

Eligibility to Enter

1. The 12DQC Campaign is open to individuals over 18 years of age and who have completed sign up on the Quidax platform (i.e. email verification) and who have used the Quidax platform to conduct/carry out fiat or cryptocurrency trades at any point since January 1st, 2024.
2. The 12DQC Campaign comprises various individual events/promotional campaigns cutting across Instant Swap trades and Fiat transactions.
3. You agree that your participation in the 12DQC Campaign is at your sole option, discretion, and you understand the risk involved in cryptocurrency trading.
4. The 12DQC Campaign shall run everyday from Thursday, 12th December 2024 through Monday, 23rd December 2024. In entering the challenge, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

1. The 12DQC Campaign is conditional on the Terms contained herein.
2. Merchant customers and other corporate customers of Quidax are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
3. Quidax or its affiliates and staff members are not eligible to participate in the campaign.

How to Enter

1. All individual customers are required to have an account on Quidax and have completed their Know Your Customer (KYC) as required by Quidax.
2. Apart from the criteria above, there are no other entry conditions for the campaign. 
3. There will be specialised events for each day of the 12 Days of Quidax Christmas Campaign. The specialised events range from discounts on Instant Swap trades, rewards for Order Book trades, and discounts on Fiat Deposits and Withdrawals.
4. On each campaign day, customers will be notified of the event for that day and what is on offer, plus winning conditions.
5. Quidax will not accept responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate or the user fails to complete signup and verify the account. 

The Prize

A schedule of the prizes to be won on each day of the 12 Days of Quidax Christmas Campaign is below:

1. Quidax reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
2. The decision of Quidax regarding any aspect of the 12DQC campaign is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into or entertained about it.

Data Protection and Publicity

1. By trading and transacting on Quidax during any 12DQC campaign, you consent to any personal information you provide as well as trading information being used by Quidax for the purposes of administering and marketing the 12DQC campaign, and for those purposes as defined within our Privacy Policy.
2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participants by contacting us at [email protected].
3. Customers who win prizes during the 12 DQC campaign agree to the use/release of their full name, Quidax username, picture and other information that may be requested by Quidax. 
4. All personal information shall be processed in accordance with Quidax Privacy Policy.

Winner Announcement

1. Customers who trade/transact according to the campaign events outlined in the ‘The Prize’ section will see the promised offer at the point of the relevant trade or transaction.
2. The winners of the other prizes will be announced by Quidax on all its communication channels – including (but not restricted to) email and social media.
3. Asides the campaign prizes outlined in ‘The Prize’ section of this “Terms”, no other prize is applicable to this campaign.

Limitation of Liability

1. Quidax does not accept any liability for any damage, death, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in this campaign, save that Quidax does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence. 
2. Quidax does not provide any form of practical or IT support for the all  competitions. Use of the Quidax website or mobile app during any 12DQC Campaign is governed additionally by its Terms and Conditions.
3. Quidax does not provide any form of financial support or advice for participants in this campaign. You are advised to do your own research before entering and/or while participating in this campaign.

General

1. Quidax reserves the right to cancel the 12DQC Campaign or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
2. The campaign and these terms and conditions will be governed by Nigerian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
